CATALONIA

In the north-eastern corner of Spain lies Catalonia with its snow-capped Pyrenees mountains in the north and the Mediterranean sunny beaches to the east. In between one finds the green, lush valleys and fields with olive trees and grapevines.
Catalonia has a rich and interesting history and the catalonians prefers to see themself as a part outside Spain. The official language is Catalan and they have their own Catalan culture and traditions .
